It was extremely frustrating. I just wanted to know all I could so that when I got into the field I could hit the ground running. I decided to start this blog because since I have been home so many people have asked me what is the best way to prepare? What clothes are the best? What am I to expect? And what I am supposed to do with those elders? All valid points, and all the things that I have wondered and then experienced.
Now here is my disclaimer, I am not saying that my way is the right way, or I was the most amazing missionary ever and therefore you should do everything that I say. I am simply sharing my perspective on my experience as a missionary and how this will change everything and that preparation is essential for this amazing, rewarding, and extremely difficult decision to serve.
